At LALAPS, each piece is crafted with love and care to celebrate the bond between you and your pet. Because our products are fully customized, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we encourage you to reach out—we truly want you to be happy with your unique piece, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
If an error occurred, such as receiving the wrong item, an incorrect size, or if your item was damaged in transit, we’re here to help! Please let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement.
Order Changes
We understand that sometimes minds change, so if you decide to make adjustments to an order shortly after placing it, you have a 60-minute window to do so. After that, since our team starts crafting your order promptly, changes or cancellations may not be possible, but we’ll do our best to assist if we can.
To ensure your final piece is exactly as you hope, please review our photography guidelines before uploading a photo. High-quality photos enable us to create the best possible product for you. Blurry or low-resolution images can affect the outcome, and while we’ll work with what we receive, we want to provide the best quality for you. Simple edits like removing red-eye or adjusting eye color are possible, but complex requests, such as altering facial expressions, may not be feasible.
