For the best results, please follow these guidelines when submitting a photo:

• Take the photo in a well-lit area, ideally in natural lighting, without any filters.
• Get a close-up, head-on shot of your pet, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This helps us create a clear and detailed portrait. Photos of your pet laying down are not ideal.
• Avoid overhead angles or blurry photos, as they may affect the quality of the final artwork.

You review the following when making your payment:

• The card data is entered accurately (number, expiration date, CVV).
• The name is inserted exactly as stated on the card.
• There is a sufficient balance to cover the charge.
• The card is activated or has not expired.
• The card is able to be used for global and online purchases.
• The card has not exceeded the daily withdrawal or purchase limit.

Changes can be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that, adjustments may not be possible, as our artists often begin work quickly. Please contact us immediately if a change is needed.

To ensure a smooth process and timely delivery, we don’t provide proofs or previews for custom artwork. Each portrait is created by skilled artists based on the photo you upload.
